Tudor has released an additional four models to its collection, and here’s your chance to grab a new discounted Tudor Heritage Black Bay for a limited period for Memorial Day. The new additions to the collection, the Black Bay 41, Black Bay S&G, Black Bay Steel, Black Bay Chrono, maintain the classic styling you’d expect from this established manufacturer.
Tudor, like its sister Swiss watchmaker Rolex, has been with us for some time. Since 1954 Tudor has introduced and defined the aesthetic and technical standards to produce a long line of ergonomic, readable, and accurate pieces with an enviable robustness.
Who Are Tudor
Back in the 1960s both the US and French Navy asked Tudor to build tool watches for their sailors. Ok so, that’s some time ago but you can see how this gives the brand an certain amount of kudos, right? Most recently their new collection has been honored by the jury of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie, Baselworld.
The Black Bay has been with us since its launch in 2012, and has been one of the leading brand’s in deep-sea exploration, but perhaps out of a feeling of nostalgia, the brand started to retraced its six decades of watchmaking with the characteristic elements such as the domed crystal, oversized Crown and angular “snowflake” hands from the 1958 model number 7924.

Still with us are the famous snowflake hands that are one of the signature design features of Tudor since the early days. While most features remain true to their origins, the new 41mm Heritage Black Bay Chrono has features all its own with its domed matte black dial guaranteeing optimal readability, its hollowed sub-counters and a date aperture positioned at 6 o’clock. A water resistance to 200 metres with a fixed bezel and engraved tachymetric make it one of the most desirable pieces around.
Heritage Black Bay Chrono
Tudor is a traditional Swiss watchmaker that maintains its connection with its heritage while striving for excellence in a modern world. This year has seen a number of additions to the Black Bay collection, the Chrono combining is a hybrid marrying the diving heritage with a Chronograph.
