Details About Princeton Watches Returns

We need to take a look at details about Princeton Watches returns because we need to know we’re protected in the event of dissatisfaction we any element of our purchase.

In the unlikely event you’ve bought a watch and need to return it, Princeton Watches accepts returns within 30 days after your receipt of our shipment. The returned items should be in new, saleable condition, complete with manufacturer’s packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other items that came with your purchase, such as accessories or gifts. Unfortunately, any item displaying signs of wear or use cannot be returned.

Some online store charge a restocking fee, Princeton does not charge for restocking but will deduct the shipping charges from the refund if you are making a simple return, but if you’re making an exchange the full purchase amount will be put towards your exchange.

Unfortunately, special orders and engraved items are NON-returnable as a rule, however, if Princeton makes a concession to a customer and accept an item back after 30 days or showing wear, there may be a restocking fee.

Princeton supply their customers with full instructions for making returns and exchanges but for more information you can refer to these instructions, call on 1-800-572-8263 or email Sales@PrincetonWatches.com

Princeton Watches Return and Exchange Instructions

If you think there is something has gone awry or your Watch may be defective in some way you can return the item but the usual rules apply, as Princeton returns policy explains:

“Returns must be received within 30 days after your receipt of our shipment Returns must be properly packaged for shipment (we suggest you use the outside shipping box that we sent the product in originally) as the post office or UPS will not honor insurance claims for improperly packaged shipments that are damaged in transit. Do not ship watches back in padded envelopes or in the manufacturer’s packaging without an outer box. Princeton Watches will not be responsible for damage in transit to improperly packaged returns.

All in all, it’s a pretty standard approach to returns but the good news is no restocking fees will be charged, so, it looks like you’re covered for any unforeseen issues, which is always a good thing.
